1. Money.
It makes the world go round. Especially the footballing world. And Arsenal have plenty of it. In fact, starting a career with Arsenal will get you the largest transfer budget in the game at over 70 million pounds. That's plenty of money to make your mark on a squad not needing a major overhaul

2. History
Arsenal have a rich history, certainly richer than some oil-rich clubs in the English top flight( I'm looking at you Manchester City,) and it's always nice to carry on a tradition of success and prosperity. As an additional bonus, you can hire previous players like Thierry Henry, Patrick Viera, and eventually the ageing three musketeers who are Mikel Arteta, Flamini, and Tomas Rosicky. Arsenal have won the last two FA cups before the start of the save and that takes their total to a staggering twelve. And need I lecture you on the Invincibles of the wildly successful early years of He-Who-Shall-Not-Be-Named's rule.

3. Fans
Arsenal boast some of the most opinionated and passionate fans in the world. Anyone who has participated on any Twitter poll ever can confirm this. This is reflected in-game where in my save I regularly sold at least 40,000 season tickets.

4. Youngsters
It's no secret that Arsenal produce, uncover, and develop some of the gems of the game. Emmanuel Adebayor, Robin Van Persie, Gael Clichy, Bacary Sagna, Kolo Toure, and those are just the ones that went to a team in Manchester! Not even to mention the well trodden path from the Emirates to Catalonia. The current crop of talent in North London isn't bad either, with Jeff Reine-Adelaide particularly drawing attention at the Emirates Cup. You can see this trend continued in the regens that will join you at Arsenal.

5. Competitive League
This is pretty obvious. Arsenal are in London. London is in England. Teams in England play in the BPL. Teams in the BPL have an amount of money best described as boco. This is why England's League, from top to bottom, is the strongest in the world.

6. Strong Squad
Goalkeeper: World Class. Attacking Midfielder:Wizard. Left Winger: Stunning. And Olivier Giroud is no joke. I brought in Antoine Griezmann, and with Mesut's inch-perfect balls and Giroud's hold up play, Griezmann and Alexis combined to be a deadly duo darting in off of the flanks. Oh, and Giroud scored between 25 and 30 goals. Placed finishing and powerful heading are a potent combination in this year's game.

7. Champions League
The Main Stage, the Champions League. It provides both prize money and incentive for new recruits. You had better get it every year, as even Arsene Wenger can do that

8. Recent Underachievement
Well-documented, embarrassing, and repeated, Arsenal's underachievement is so consistent it has become a verb. At least they're consistent. Yes, they bottle it, but can you do any better, that's the real question.
