Porto is well known for purchasing young talents for a bargain price, and selling them later on for a small fortune to European giants. Will this be the case with Diego, it is more than possible.
Diego is one of those young bloods that can make an immediate impact at any club in FM 2014. His starting attributes at the age of 20 are simply staggering.
He possesses everything needed for a quality signing at any major club regardless of the league. Also his Spirited personality is more than good to have for a defensive orientated player. His ideal role is as an Anchor man.
Once developed, Reyes becomes one of the, if not the best Anchor Man in Football Manager 2014. Only attributes that we're lacking world class quality are the mental ones, which he developed throughout his career playing for Porto and Italian giant Juventus.

Bad thing is you won't be able to transfer him right at the start of the game, as he just made a move from CF America to F.C. Porto, and is unwilling to change clubs ATM. But on the other side, you can obtain his services at the start of the second season, and that will cost you somewhere between £10M - £15M.
Regardless of the high transfer price, Diego Reyes is a MUST BUY player for any team in Football Manager 2014!
