This is one of the best young prospects we have encountered in Football Manager 2014. Great young lad that could easily be good as Romania's legend Gheorghe Hagi. Let's see how did he develop and cost estimate.
His starting attributes look good, nothing special, yet a player that could be a decent signing for most Sky Bet Championship sides. One thing that is worth noting about him is his versatility.
He can play at almost any midfield position equally well, but his natural position is Advanced Midfielder in Trequartisa role. His main strengths are his Intelligence on the pitch, and Consistency. Teamwork and Bravery are the aspects you should train him, as these are his least strongest areas of the game.
Once developed, Nicusor becomes one of the best AMC's in FM 2014. Great Technical attributes with World Class Mental attributes, and top class Physical attributes make this lad one of the best Advanced Midfielders for sure.
It's no surprise that European giants such as Man City and Barcelona enquired his services throughout his career. Also he became Romanian legend, capping 86 appearances and adding 21 goals to his tally.
Unfortunately for us, Steaua knows they have a gem in their possession and are not willing to let Stanciu easily. A bid of £6.5M is necessary to obtain his services from the Romanian club. It's a hefty price, but one that you won't mind to much, as you'll be getting one of the best young midfielders in the game.
Nicusor Stanciu is a must buy player for any team in Football Manager 2014.
