Let us take a closer look at which players make the perfect team in Football Manager 2015, the perfect XI are here!
Soon FIFA will choose their FIFPro WORLD XI and it got us interested to see who are the absolute best eleven players in FM15.
We based our selection on the players current ability and their attributes. Age, current club, nationality, trophies, wage, value etc. we're not included as a factors in our selection.
Formation that we'll use is going to be a 4-3-3. Fullbacks or wingbacks at the sides in the defence, one defensive midfielder, classic midfielder centre, attacking midfielder and two wingers at the sides in the final third, alongside with a classic forward at the front of the opposition goal.
Players selected need to be natural at the given position, or else they need highest attribute (20) for the position.

Goalkeeper - Manuel Neuer - FC Bayern Munchen
No surprises for the man between the sticks, as Manuel Neuer wins his spot by a huge margin in front of the runner up Thibaut Courtois. 28 year old German is a perfect modern sweeper keeper, and is without a doubt the best GK in FM 2015.

Defender Left (Wingback) - Jordi Alba - Barcelona
Good defender left is hard to find these days, but the blaugrana man Jordi Alba is the perfect fit for this position. But it has to be said that only his current ability is what earned him the place among the top 11 in FM15. Second placed David Alaba is just behind him on the list for the left position, and has a greater potential ability than Alba.

Defender Central (Left) - Thiago Silva - PSG
Thiago Silva took one of the two central defender positions by a small margin in front of other contenders for the place. Former Brazil captain and current PSG captain, alongside with great attributes, possesses the best potential ability of all central defenders in the game.

Defender Central (Right) - Sergio Ramos - Real Madrid
A neck and neck race between Sergio Ramos and Jerome Boateng from Bayern Munchen for the second central defender spot. Same current ability, while better potential ability goes to the Spanish defender, and resolved the tie and secured Ramos a spot in our FM15's best eleven.

Defender Right (Wingback) - Philipp Lahm - FC Bayern Munich
Philipp Lahm is the perfect specimen of the modern intelligent attacking full back. Even thou he is not the youngest player in the perfect eleven, Lahm is surely one player every manager would like to have in his team. One player worth a shout out at this position is Man United's Rafael, who is the best young right full back in FM15.

Defensive Midfielder (Centre) - Andrea Pirlo - Juventus
Surprised? Andrea Pirlo took the place in the squad from the likes of Bastian Schweinsteiger, Xabi Alonso, De Rossi, Busquets etc. Even thou the oldest member of our perfect eleven, Andrea can still make things happen and turn the score around with some of his deadly passes or perfectly struck free kicks.

Midfielder (Centre) - Yaya Toure - Manchester City
Man that led City to the Premiership title last season was most definitely expected to be in our best eleven. He took the spot in front of Arturo Vidal, Toni Kross, Andres Iniesta and Luka Modric. There is simply no flow to this player's ability. A perfect central midfielder.

Attacking Midfielder (Centre) - David Silva - Manchester City
Yet another player from Man City managed to get in the Football Manager 2015 best XI. David Silva is the perfect specimen of how a classic playmaker should look like. Great technical attributes alongside with mental and physical ones, have earned him a place in front of the likes of; Juan Mata, Mesut Ozil, James Rodriguez or Mario Gotze.

Attacking Midfielder (Left) - Cristiano Ronaldo - Real Madrid
Considered by many the best player in todays modern football, Cristiano Ronaldo simply had to be in our team. Gareth Bale took the second position, Neymar third, whilst Franck Ribery and Eden Hazard completed the best five attacking midfielders left in FM15. CR/ won his place by a mile margin.

Attacking Midfielder (Right) - Arjen Robben - FC Bayern Munchen
The flying Dutchman, Arjen Robben took the right attacking midfielder position in our team, leaving out the likes of; Thomas Muller, Juan Cuadrado, Pedro and Alexis Sanchez. Pacey, mentally strong and flawless in the technical department, Robben is your ultimate right winger.

Striker (Centre) - Lionel Messi - Barcelona
Same as Cristiano Ronaldo, he is considered to be the best player in the modern football. Flawless player who scores as he wishes, is the best striker in the game, no doubt about it. Some notable names like; Luis Suarez, Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Sergio Aguero and Falcao had to be left out from our best eleven squad because of him.
