I set out to create a realistic Real Madrid tactic based on Carlo Ancelotti's system since he took over at Real Madrid. It was harder than I expected it to be due to Madrid's willingness to chance their shape every other match. Regardless hopefully you enjoy this tips and tricks video and this tactic gives you some ideas of your own to try out in FM15.
About the Real Madrid 4-3-3 FM15 Tactic
General
- Obviously this tactic is an attacking one where your players will push higher up the pitch and try to put pressure on the opposition defence, causing them to make mistakes in their third from which you'll hopefully score some goals. Lot's of clear cut chances created and a great tactic to use if your strength is on the wings.
Suitable Teams
- Best team to use this tactic with is normally Real Madrid, but any team that has similar calibre of players as Real can benefit from the tactic. Some miner changes will have to be applied in order for tactic to work with other teams, i.e. player roles, players instructions etc.
Player Roles
- Goalkeeper: Goalkeeper / Defend
- Defender Left: Complete Wing Back / Attack
- Left Central Defender: Ball Playing Defender / Defend
- Right Central Defender: Ball Playing Defender / Defend
- Defender Right: Wing Back / Support
- Midfielder Centre Left: Roaming Playmaker / Support
- Midfielder Centre: Deep Lying Playmaker / Defend
- Midfielder Centre Right: Deep Lying Playmaker / Support
- Striker Centre Left: Complete Forward / Support
- Striker Centre: Advanced Forward / Attack
- Attacking Midfielder Right: Inside Forward / Support

- Scheduling: 30% of time at training ground is spent on match preparation / Allow rest after match
