Gooalkeeper - Gianluigi Donnarumma
Media are already comparing this youngster from A.C. Milan to the legendary Italian goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon, who also incidentally is his idol. Also, in real life this young shoot stopper managed to bench much more experienced goalkeepers, Christian Abbiati and Diego López. Fact that he managed to win the confidence of current A.C. Milan manager, Sinisa Mihajlovic, at the age of only 16 speaks for it self. Try to snatch this Buffon in the making early in the game.

Wing Back Left - Luke Shaw
Young left wing back from Man Utd Luke Shaw will come as no surprise for this position. Lad was having season of his life under the guidance of LVG, until PSV's Hector Moreno ruthlessly made a challenge on him and broke his leg, leaving him outside of the pitch for six or more months. Shaw, who is primarily a left defender, can play equally good as a wing back, left midfield and also as attacking midfielder left. Great development in the game, and a must buy DL/WBL in FM16.

Wing Back Right - Hector Bellerin
'Man is this guy fast', were mine first thoughts when I saw him play in real life. Nothing gets past Bellerin, I would know as I played with Juventus against Arsenal in mine first season on FM16 in the quarter finals of the Champions League. Cuardado, no matter how fast he is, just couldn't outrun him and make any contribution to the play in the final third. It's not just his pace that make him the best WBR wonderkid in FM16, but he can also be very dangerous in the attacking phase.

Defender Centre - Daniele Rugani
Speaking first hand, this lad is amazing. He gave me headaches mine first season in charge of Juventus, as I didn't know how to give him enough time on the pitch regarding I already had three world class defenders, Chiellini, Bonucci and Barzagli, and also because I changed the tactic from 5-3-2 to 4-4-2, leaving just two DC places to cover. Once Chiellini and Barzagli got injured, Rugani steped in their shows and did the job perfectly, averaging at 7.80 in more than 30 appearances in his first season! Also, great development and a DC that will last you for years to come.

Defensive Midfield - Ruben Neves
Honestly, there is no youngster in the position of defensive midfield that comes close to abilities of Ruben Neves. Easily a starter of every team in FM16 despite his young age. Great Work Rate and determination combined with his high potential ability will see this wwonderkid develop into a world class player in no time, given he has a proper training and a fair amount of first team football. Definitely a must buy player if you prefer tactics that include deep midfielder.

Midfield Centre - Youri Tielemans
There are loads of promising central midfielders in the game, such as; Leon Goretzka, Renato Sanchez, Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg and Bernard Mensah. But all of them are still miles away from Youri Tielemans. Youri, who was best graded wonderkid in Football Manager 2015 with potential ability of -10, is still the king in this position. Media comparisons with Belgium legend Enzo Schifo are not far-fetched. Youri could easily be good as the Belgium legend, or even better than the 'Little Pele'.

Attacking Midfield Centre - Bilal Ould-Chikh
Now this was a hard one. Both Martin Odegaard and Bilal Ould-Chikh have the same potential ability, but I decided to go with the older Bilal. But not just because of his age, but also of the asking price. Odegard's is astronomically high, where's Benfica's for Bilal is in the range of 5 - 10 million, which also is not a small price to pay for a youngster, but is without a doubt a great purchase. Bilal develops into a world class player who can play in no less but 7 positions!

Winger Left - Raheem Sterling
Surely it comes as no surprise ex Liverpool player Raheem Sterling took this spot. His fairly large asking price might be off-putting to many, but if there is any possibility to sign this Man City player, do it! Truly devastating from the left wing, Raheem averaged his first season in City with 7.73, adding 15 goals and 20 assists in the process. There is nothing much more to say about Sterling that hasten been said already. Definite must buy for everyone on Football Manager 2016.

Winger Right - Bernardo Silva
I'm sure you all have your picks for this position that you think are better than Bernardo Silva, but this young lad is a BEAST! Unlike Coman, Zivkovic, Januzaj, Vlasic or any other great youngster at this position, Silva already has a great current ability. Given that his potential ability is 170, Bernardo wins the spot for best right winger by light years. He scores, he assists, he has a huge set of preferred moves, he's young... Bernardo could easily be the best attacking player in the game. If you can afford just one player in FM16, Bernardo Silva is your man.

Striker - Anthony Martial
Surely the most expensive teenager is the best wonderkid striker in Football Manager 2016. Not only that he's the most expensive teenager, but he has the best potential ability in the game of all the young strikers. Martial is simply magnificent IRL and also on the game. Do not hesitate if you ever get a chance to sign him up for your team, he is worth every penny you pay for him.
