The assistant manager will provide summaries of the players of your team as well as your rivals. The assistant manager can additionally go to the press conferences, tunnel interviews, arrange friendly matches during your pre-seasons in FM 2018.

Can also manage the team in the friendlies, giving team-talks and give your players pre-match instructions on opposition players.

Assistant manager may also be responsible for the training section in the various teams (A, U19, Reserves / B).
