RB Leipzig
RB Leipzig was founded 10 years ago in 2009 and they have had an impressive performance in the Bundesliga since 2016. The Red Bulls finished 3rd last season and lost the German Cup Final to Bayern Munich. It’s time for you to manage the club and try to take over Germany and Bundesliga. With a bunch of talented players like Lukas Klostermann, Emil Forsberg, Marcel Sabitzer, Timo Werner and Yussuf Poulsen, are you able to win their first ever Bundesliga title?
Borussia Mönchengladbach
Borussia Mönchengladbach is no doubt one of the biggest teams in Germany. However, they haven’t won the Bundesliga title since 1977. Die Fohlen is currently sitting at the top of the league after 11 games with 25 points. Can you do the same in FM20? The team is full of promising players such as Matthias Ginter, Denis Zakaria, Patrick Hermann, Alassane Plea and Marcus Thuram. Can you bring the club a trophy in the first season?
1.FC Köln
1.FC Köln is the first team to win the Bundesliga title in the history. The Effzeh finished at the top of the second division in Germany last season and they were promoted to the first division this season. Despite their relegation earlier in the 18/19 season, they manage to keep some talented players like Timo Horn and Jonas Hector in the team. They are currently sitting at 16th position in the Bundesliga after 9 games. The challenge for you is to slowly build the team and bring them back as one of the top flights in Germany eventually win the title in a few seasons later.
FC Union Berlin
FC Union Berlin finished 3rd in the 2. Bundesliga last season. They were promoted to the first division for the first time in the club’s history. The club does not have a big budget for transfer, but they managed to bring in some experienced players for free such as Neven Subotic and Christian Gentner. Die Eisernen is the most inexperienced club in the Bundesliga this season, however, are you able to bring surprises into the league?
