You might know him as ‘Gabigol’ but if you are looking for a player who is destined to shine in Europe one day, it is Gabigol. The player flopped with Inter and then Benfica, but returned to Brazil first with former club Santos and then with Flamengo.

Having become one of their all-time top scorers both in the Copa Libertadores – including a winning brace in the 2019 Final – and in the domestic leagues, he is ready for a second crack at the big time. Why not give him a chance?

 

Karim Adeyemi – RB Salzburg

The next young German star who looks certain to explore, Karim Adeyemi offers a happy blend of clinical finishing, rapid pace, and excellent movement off the ball. At only 19 he has much improvement to make, but he could definitely be a player that you can build around for many years to come.

A clinical nature to his finishing makes Myron Boadu a simply tremendous choice for any top club shopping around for a striker they know could be relied upon to hit the target every time they come on into a game. Definitely an A+ prospect.

 

Benjamin Sesko – RB Salzburg

Salzburg are a bit of a talent factory, and in 18-year-old Slovene, they have the only national prospect more exciting than NBA superstar Luka Doncic. Sesko has incredible feet, outstanding composure, and has all the drive and ambition that you need in a young signing.

Could be a great pick-up for any team in the big five leagues looking to make a signing they know they could either built around and/or make their money back on with a record sale in the near to medium-term future.

 

Liam Delap – Manchester City

Your only real hope of landing this kid without a huge fee attached is on loan or if he grows tired of waiting for games at City. He is a tremendous all-around striker, with a great natural reading of the game and a fine natural finishing ability in the air.

You could probably convince him to leave City on loan if you are in the Premier League, but a full-time signing would need to be a big club and he would likely need to demand an exit first.

 

Juan Jose Macias - Getafe

If you want to grab the next big Mexican hotshot, then 21-year-old Macias might be worth keeping an eye on. He is good enough both in the wide areas and up front to be considered one of the best young strikers in the game. The player could be a great pick-up for any team looking to try and box clever, as he could be available for around £6-8m.

At 21 he is a bit of a gamble for a huge club, but any club with higher aspirations than Getae could find a tremendous deal here.

 

Gianluca Scamacca – Sassuolo

The player who could be the next #9 for the Italian national team could be yours for as little as £10m. He should be snapped by any European aiming Italian club, and any team in the bigger leagues like England if you have the means to convince him. A happy blend of aggression, technique, and power, there are a few reasons why you should not consider Scamacca as one of the best young signings you could make.

 

Harold Preciado - Deportivo Cali

While a player still in the domestic league in Colombia at 27 might raise alarm bells, Preciado is one of the most high-value signings you could make for a decent-ish sized club. You should be able to lure him to any decent European league, and if you play in Europe it should be even easier.

The all-rounder offers something in attack in almost any level of the game, and has all of the ability you need to be convinced he can improve sufficiently even at top-five-leagues level.

 

Youssoufa Moukoko – Borussia Dortmund

Your main chance of getting Youssoufa Moukoko is that BVB do well, Haaland sticks around, and Moukoko does not get enough games. If that happens, you could be looking at landing the best striker with potential in the game. His potential rating bracket is the highest possible level, and he brings a coolness and a quickness of movement on and off the ball that makes him extremely deadly even at 16.

If you can somehow land Moukoko in FM2022, you would be crazy not to consider it.

 

Darwin Nunez – SL Benfica

Looking for that next hot shot striker almost certain to make it at the highest level? Then you should keep an eye on Nunez. The Uruguayan has made a big name for himself in Portugal in real life, but has an odd habit of struggling to get games in FM 22 saves. You should keep an eye on this, as Benfica could lose patience soon enough into the game and you could land Nunez for a far more respectable fee than one would expect. A proper grade-A talent who, in the right team, could become a top-class striker for sure.
