Demir is of Turkish descent and was eligible to represent Turkey & Austria but chose Austria. Demir spent his youth career at Rapid Wien slowly working his way up the ladder and played for Rapid Wien. 

In the 2020-2021 UCL qualifying rounds, Demir scored for Rapid Wien becoming the 2nd youngest ever Austrian to score a goal in the competition. Demir is one of the best Austrian wonderkids in Football Manager 2022 and will develop into an exciting winger in most saves.

In the auto generated FM 22 save, Demir's loan spell at Barcelona was a failure and he went back to Rapid Wien before being signed by Chelsea. He has again struggled to break into the strong Chelsea squad and had been relegated to a few substitute appearances. 

Demir did his break in 2027, by signing for Inter. He has featured heavily for Inter since and had become one of their top performers in the save even winning a few trophies in the process. Not starting games initially has no doubt affected his growth in the auto save and given more game time, especially early in his career, Demir could have become and even better player.

His average ratings have also remained impressive throughout the auto save and Demir can be one of the more popular wonderkids in the FM2022.
