It's a 3-4-3 tactic with high intensity and high mobility taking advantage of the spaces on the pitch and playing as a collective force.
Type of players you'll need in order to make this tactic work
GK - A defensive Goalkeeper, the best you can manage to get for your team
Wing Backs - Pacey, Good Positioning / Off the ball, Teamwork and Work Rate. The higher the physical attributes the better! (ex: Ryan Sessegnon, Jetro Willems, Quadrado, Cancelo...)
DC's - Strong players, with the capacity to mark tight and tackle. They should also be fast if possible. (ex: Süle, Calum Chambers, Mauricio Lemos, Jorge Mere...)
Deep Lying Playmaker - A strong player but also with some good passing skills and technique in order to start creating your game. (ex: Bazoer, William Carvalho, Matic,....)
Box-to-box midfielder - A monster full of stamina that will enable him to cover the whole pitch. Good Natural Fitness is a must. (ex: Kanté, Pogba, etc...)
Wingers - 2 Inside forwards cutting inside from the flanks, fast players capable of dribbling and scoring as well. (ex: Hazard, Corona, Brahimi, etc..)
Defensive Forward - Striker capable of pressing, scoring, helping the team in the different moments of the game. A Complete Forward also works well for the striker position. (Ex: Diego Costa, André Silva, Vietto, etc...)

Once in your Football Manager 2017 save game:
